I love homemade pudding. In my mind there’s no other way to have it. Instant pudding just doesn’t cut it. I love your flavor suggestions. That eggnog variation would be so delicious, and perfect for the holidays. Thanks for sharing.

Perfect timing! My son has been asking for pudding all day, and I haven’t wanted to use up the last of our milk to make it since there is an ice storm going on and I can’t get out until it’s over. This is a great alternative — I’ll be making it in about ten minutes. Thank you!
