As my baby is now 20…it is rather funny to read how new mothers are doing it now…instead of using Tums all of the time, a small glass of ginger ale worked and soda crackers…and I had heartburn alot…maternity pants with the built in elastic panel…lots of big dresses…as far as underwear foes, use panty liners or pads…I found that they worked really well…

I’ve heard yellow mustard can help with heart burn too-probably the vinegar in it. I liked the chocolate tums smooth dissolve best though!

I’ve tried celery for replacement of Tums. It works, sorta. But, on the plus side, you can eat all you want. A helper, one that will come and clean bathrooms when you can’t stand the thought is extra nice.

Lol! Love your list! I ate so many Tums when I was pregnant with Wyatt- SO many. They were a life saver. Also, I loved Pizza Hut, so needless to say- I gained a lot of weight. Next baby I will make better decisions, lol.
