So glad you enjoyed it! I’ve never thought about making thicker layers, and we always need the entire 9×13 pan quantity. We usually make it for large groups. I might have to try it next time though. Thanks so much!

I made this yesterday for a cook out. The only change I would make would be to use a smaller pan than the 9×13 the recipe called for – only to have thicker layers. As for taste and ease of making – can’t beat it. Simple and yet so delicious. Thank you for sharing…
